Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy, in accordance with the Data Protection Act and undertake not to use any information we may hold about you for any purpose other than that for which it was collected.
We do not automatically capture or store personal information, apart from logging the IP address of computers which access our websites. These log files record information about how people use our site, e.g. which pages are viewed and how often. This information is useful in helping us improve the service we provide, but cannot be used to identify individuals.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files which store information about online behaviour to better customise the user experience during repeat visits. This usually includes a form submitted by the user to the site, so that when they next visit, the cookie will automatically serve up their personal details, saving the user time by not having to complete their details again.

In the top menu select tools / internet options
In the internet options dialogue box select security / custom level or customise
Scroll down the security settings and select allow cookies to be stored on your computer
Select disable
Click OK
Your Cookies have been disabled from this point on.
To reconfigure your computer to accept Cookies again, follow the same instructions, but by selecting enable and clicking OK.
For Netscape Navigator:
In the top menu select edit /preferences
In the preferences menu box select advanced
Select cookies
Select disable and then click OK at the bottom of the menu box.

At certain times you may be asked to fill in information about yourself on the site e.g. when filling in a form. This information will only be used for the purpose stated in each case. We will not distribute personal information collected in this way to any 3rd party.
We may analyse statistical trends based on responses to forms etc to help us to improve our services, however this analysis will not include personal information.
Although we will always treat the information you send us with the strictest confidence, we cannot guarantee the security of the world wide web. It is possible, though very unlikely, that someone other than ourselves could access and read information sent to us in this way.
